Justify (#267)

* Paragraph style changes

Add text-align: justify to make text justified.

Add text-justify: auto, so the browser can decide if inter-word or inter-character space is adjusted.

Add hyphens: auto, so browser can hyphenate words.

* Regenerate scss files
